FPS 7-12 :: Assassin's Creed III Remastered General Discussions

The cutscene fps was 60. But when the main menu loaded up in the start of the game the fps was 12. And the in game fps was 9. What sort of bs is this? Anyone else experiencing this? I have a gtx 1060 6GB
