The Zones are the areas surrounding Battery City where the Killjoys live. There are seven confirmed Zones, each a ring that surrounds Battery City. The Zones were frequently referenced on Twitter. For example, Dr. Death Defying once tweeted: There are more pills produced in Battery City than grains of sand in Zone 4. The specifics of each Zone and their inhabitants are unknown.
