The custom server problem in Battlefield 5

Custom servers suck in Battlefield 5 but it wasn't always that way. We used to have a fully functioning Rental Server Programme but even that wasn't perfect.

Only showing 2 portal servers with players in, and error when trying to host a match. Anyone know what's going on? : r/battlefield2042
